Equal Opportunities
The i3 Group is an equal opportunities employer. It is the
policy of the organisation to ensure that no employee, partner,
customer, job applicant or other associated person receives less
favourable treatment because of their race, religion or belief,
gender, sexual orientation, disability or marital status.
The company assesses job applicants and applicants for internal
promotion on grounds of suitability, capability, qualification and
does not adopt criteria or policies which place persons of any
group at a disadvantage, unless they are necessary on other
grounds.
The i3 Group aims to create a respectful and dignified
environment for its employees and associated workers.
The i3 Group will not tolerate discrimination on grounds of age,
disability, ethnic origin, gender, marital status, nationality,
religious belief, sexual orientation, or other grounds of
discrimination.
Recruitment
The i3 Group will not use recruitment methods that exclude or
disproportionately reduce the numbers of applicants of a particular
age/gender/racial/religious group unless they are justifiable and
necessary in the circumstances.
Recruitment methods may vary according to the needs of the role
and the required level of response, but predominantly use national
or local agencies which use national job boards, the group's own
website, personal networks and employee referral schemes. Agencies
are invited to tender and selected to form our Preferred Supplier
List. Other methods we will consider are national or local press,
and special interest, industry or culture specific
publications.
All applications will be given equal consideration based on job
specific criteria.
